Revation Systems Welcomes New Partners and Introduces LinkLive 4.3

MINNEAPOLIS/September 28, 2009 --- Revation Systems, Inc., a leading provider of secure collaboration, messaging and unified communication software has announced the availability of LinkLive 4.3 with advanced filtering for payment card industry (PCI) compliance and a new regulatory sweeper that cleans personal data from sessions. LinkLive 4.3 also introduces a significant new enhancement to Revation's two tier session border controller architecture with location based services for advanced quality of service, media steering and N+1 scaling controls.

"LinkLive's latest capabilities are helping Revation attract new private label and reseller partnerships" said Perry Price, CEO, Revation Systems. "The solution is now offered through a private label relationship with Fiserv's credit union division and our reseller partnerships have doubled over the last year. As our technology evolves, we are able to increase the value proposition to any equipment reseller and application or network service providers."

"LinkLive's advanced features combined with a dial-tone agnostic SIP trunking feature are a natural extension to SDN's Metro Ethernet service, said Brad Whitsell, President of SDN Communications. "The ability to offer virtual PBX features with blended media contact center capabilities and have advanced IP network QoS controls is revolutionary."

LinkLive release 4 enables customers to fully integrate IP voice, video, desktop sharing and web messaging applications with online applications and carrier based network services. LinkLive 4 also enables N+1 session border controller network engineering for advanced QoS, scalability and network media steering options. Additionally, LinkLive's contact center features have been enhanced with a new delay queue capability and LinkLive screen pop now supports any web based CRM or case management system.

"LinkLive is increasing our value proposition to customers," said Neil Hyde, CEO of Hyde Telecom. "The solution incorporates both next generation unified communications and traditional phone features into a single virtual application that is easily offered to our small business customers. LinkLive's SIP trunking enables us to integrate dialing plans with premise systems and PSTN services or allows customers to keep their existing dial-tone provider. The technology flexibility and recurring subscription web service enabled Hyde to establish a new business model."
